Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to represent individuals, families, business entities, and financial institutions in a broad variety of transactions. That representation includes the organization, capital structure, and financing of business entities; the acquisition, sale, purchase and merger of business entities; purchase, sale, and leasing of real estate properties; resolution of disputes, including development of tactics and strategies utilized in mediation, arbitration, and litigation; helping clients in their planning for business succession and wealth transfer as it relates to personal and family estate and tax planning.

I am a member of the firm's management committee. I am also a past president of the Decalogue Society of Lawyers, and was general counsel and vice president of the Leukemia Research Foundation for fifteen years; I have served on the board and as an officer of many civic and charitable organizations in the Chicago area.
