My Background

As a litigator, I represent individuals, companies and municipalities in a wide variety of civil matters. I’ve represented clients for over 45 years in trial courts and appellate courts, with a particular emphasis on personal injury, wrongful death, employment discrimination, breach of contract and civil rights cases.

He has received the highest rating (AV) in Martindale-Hubbel Law Directory, and is listed in Marquis Who's Who in American Law, First Edition.

Richard is also a chair-qualified arbitrator, Circuit Court of Cook County, Mandatory Arbitration Program.
