Howard S. Golden

I have been a proud member of this firm for over 45 years. My colleagues’ various specialties and their willingness to render assistance complement my efforts to provide the best and most complete service to my clients.

My Background

I concentrate my practice in estate planning, estate administration, probate, and probate litigation. This kind of work brings me into me various facets of my clients’ lives, which include business and real estate issues as well as family dynamics. Addressing these various issues with diplomacy, composure and knowledge can alter the outcome and the experience for my clients and their families.

Estate planning and administration gives me the opportunity to work closely with clients to creatively planning solutions for today and tomorrow’s challenges. I recognize the importance of assisting people in planning their estate so that it meets their goals, and to provide insight and perspective when clients need to solidify their objectives.
