RSP counsels business and property owners, developers and redevelopers and lending institutions on the impact of state and federal environmental laws and regulations on their business, properties and lending transactions. Our attorneys assist redevelopers in identifying and pursuing financing programs available to redevelopers of contaminated property in need of remediation; address issues relating to Brownfield sites, underground storage tanks or superfund sites; assist clients in their due diligence and contractual allocation of environmental risks in transactions; provide counsel regarding disclosure laws and obligations concerning environmental conditions on real property; and, provide advice regarding compliance with state and federal environmental laws and regulatory requirements concerning use, pollution and cleanups of land, air, water, waste generation and disposal laws.
