I help solve problems for a broad range of people. Often, I’m first introduced to a new client through a real estate transaction. Whether buying or selling a home or commercial space, I’m there to offer counsel and support from the moment the contract is signed through closing.
I also work with family owned and small businesses on the diverse transactions that arise throughout the lifecycle of any business, including: drafting operating agreements for limited liability companies, asset purchase transactions, and leases.
