Emily C. Kaminski

I respect the drive I see in my clients every day to achieve results in their business and real estate ventures. As an attorney, I have the opportunity to be a part of that success, which guides my own personal drive to come through on their behalf.

My Background

I help solve problems for a broad range of people. Often, I’m first introduced to a new client through a real estate transaction. Whether buying or selling a home or commercial space, I’m there to offer counsel and support from the moment the contract is signed through closing.

I also work with family owned and small businesses on the diverse transactions that arise throughout the lifecycle of any business, including: drafting operating agreements for limited liability companies, asset purchase transactions, and leases.

As a member of a firm that prioritizes relationships, I firmly believe that one of the most important building blocks for a relationship, as well as a smooth transaction, is effective communication. I strive to fully explain all details of the transaction in a complete and understandable way.

As a young attorney, I have the chance to contribute in meaningful ways to our clients and their matters while working behind the scenes alongside our talented partners.

Jesuit Volunteer Corps is a faith-based organization that places volunteers in long-term service (one year or two) nationally and internationally. I joined between college and law school and worked at a drop-in day center for mentally ill homeless women. I served as a case manager, meeting with clients to set goals and make steps to move toward those goals.
