My Background

I am a transactional attorney with a primary focus on commercial real estate development and finance. I counsel financial institutions, public companies and closely-held concerns in the structuring and formation of joint ventures as well as the financing, acquisition, development, leasing and disposition of all classes of real estate.

The success of my practice is based upon a thorough understanding of my clients’ short- and long-term objectives in each transaction. I pride myself on my efficiency, responsiveness and attention to detail, and I strive to approach every transaction – be it a 1,500 square foot office lease or a $100 million construction financing – with enthusiasm, vigor and critical thought.
