Attorneys play many roles in their working relationships and I am committed to those roles that touch on client service. As a litigator, I strive to serve as an advocate, strategist, negotiator and an advisor on the law and how it applies to my clients’ rights and responsibilities.
My litigation practice focuses on representing individuals, businesses and municipalities in disputes and proceedings. Most often, those matters involve:
My career at RSP began as a research clerk two years before I became a practicing attorney. I gained valuable insight into the fact-gathering processes that underlie successful civil litigation. Immediately after being sworn in, I attended court hearings and depositions and began working on complicated cases involving complex commercial disputes and tort law. In the years that have followed, I’ve gained unparalleled experience and guidance while working alongside the skilled partners of our firm. I have seen first-hand the hard work and dedication it takes to be the successful and committed attorney my clients deserve and I am dedicated to finding innovate alternatives to solve their disputes in a way that fulfills their individual needs.
While attending law school, I served as a Staff Editor for The John Marshall Law Review and my comment,"Class Actions Are a Thing of the Past. . . or Are They? A Look at the Circuit Courts' Application of Comcast v. Behrend" was published in the 2014 issue of The John Marshall Law Review Journal. While serving for The John Marshall Law Review, I learned the art of persuasive writing—a skill that I continue to utilize daily in my law practice. I received my J.D. from The John Marshall Law School in 2015, where I was the recipient of the CALI Award for Excellence for having the highest grade in the class in Bankruptcy and Contracts.
