Alan J. Wolf was born in Chicago, Illinois on February 1, 1950.
He was admitted to the Illinois bar in 1974. Alan has a wide range of experience
in corporate and transactional matters, with a focus on banking and finance, real estate,
computer and e-commerce. He also represents and advises varied organizations relating to
health care. Alan is President of our firm and is a member of our management committee.
