Richard Lee Stavins was born in Urbana, Illinois on September 26, 1943. He was admitted to the Illinois bar in 1968, and is also a member of the Trial Bar of the U.S. District Court, Northern and Central Districts of Illinois, the U.S. Court of Appeals, Seventh Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court. Richard has extensive trial experience, representing both plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of matters, with a focus on personal injury and wrongful death cases. Richard also has argued numerous appellate cases.
