Scott D. Spears was born in Moline , Illinois on June 19, 1973 . He was admitted to the Illinois bar in 2001, and is also a member of the Trial Bar of the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Illinois.  Scott focuses his practice on municipal law, representing several units of local government in the Chicago area, as well as commercial litigation and business law. He has conducted numerous trials in both state and federal court, and has extensive experience with hearings before administrative bodies. Scott also does work in a transactional practice, with a focus on business-related issues.
