Donna M. Shaw was born in Elizabeth, New Jersey on
October 25, 1960. She was
admitted to the Illinois bar in 1985.
Donna is also a Certified Public Accountant in Illinois.
Donna practices primarily in the areas of commercial real estate
and secured lending. She
represents financial institutions and borrowers in real estate related
lending and asset based financing. Donna’s
real estate practice focuses on sales and includes acquisitions,
financing and leasing.
