Since 1978, Kymn [pronounced “Kim”] has focused his practice in
two complementary areas of law: (1) commercial real estate
development, entitlement, acquisition and financing; and (2) business
development, management, acquisitions and sales.
With his substantial experience in each area, Kymn is able to

communities through creation of revitalized downtowns which offer a
wide array of affordable, mid-priced and upscale housing and
convenient retail shopping, dining, consumer service, health care and
entertainment options as well as quality of life amenities.
