Jeffrey M. Randall was born in Chicago, Illinois on January 9,
1942. He was admitted to the Illinois bar in 1969, and is also a member
of the Florida bar and the Trial Bar of the U.S. District Court,
Northern District of Illinois. Jeffrey is the Chairman Emeritus of the
firm’s Municipal Law Practice Group, and concentrates his practice in
all aspects of Municipal and Land Use law, and Commercial litigation. He
has conducted numerous bench and jury trials in both state and federal
court, and was primarily responsible for the legal work regarding the
acquisition of the former Glenview Naval Air Station by the Village of
Glenview, and the representation of the Village’s interests in the
subsequent development of the Air Station.
