Stephen P. Patt was born in Chicago, Illinois on September 20, 1939.
He was admitted to the Illinois bar in 1964, and has been a member of the bar of the U.S.
Supreme Court and U.S. District Court, Northern District of Illinois since 1968. Steve represents a
broad range of individuals and business entities on a wide variety of matters, including estate planning,
real estate and corporate transactions. He is General Counsel for the Leukemia Research Foundation, and
is a past President of the Decalogue Society of Lawyers. Steve is also a member of the firm's management committee.
