Richard L. Gayle was born in Chicago, Illinois on November 20, 1947.
He was admitted to the Illinois bar in 1972, and is also admitted to practice before the U.S.
Tax Court. Richard represents companies and financial institutions in a wide variety of transactions,
and has extensive experience in numerous aspects of commodities law. He is also a member of the firm's
