Marshall K. Brown was born in Chicago, Illinois on July 8, 1944. He was
admitted to the Illinois bar in 1979, and is also admitted to practice in Florida, the
U.S. District Court, Northern District of Illinois and the U.S. Tax Court. Marshall
focuses his practice on tax law issues in corporate and real estate transactions, and
estate planning.
