Art Radke's practice focuses on business litigation and dispute resolution.  These matters include representation of:

• financial institutions in consumer disputes involving both federal and state regulatory statutes as well as consumer fraud acts (both individual and class actions)

• financial institutions in loan workouts and lending disputes

• general businesses in disputes involving:

• marketing practices, including franchise and dealership issues

• Intellectual property

• the sale of goods, breach of warranty and product liability, and business torts

• real property (including sales, leases, eminent domain and construction)

• non-compete and other employment disputes

• professional malpractice.

Art Radke's practice includes litigation at both the trial and appellate court level, as well as commercial arbitration and mediation.
